The location was ideal for exploring the area.
Communication with management was severely lacking. We received access information late, causing confusion during check-in. The apartment's layout was unsuitable for our disabled dog, which forced us to carry them constantly. poor kitchen facilities hindered our ability to prepare meals comfortably.

A Great Stay But With Some Hiccups
Our family enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the apartment. The kitchen had handy gadgets for cooking, making mealtimes a breeze. Just ensure you double-check any extra fees beforehand, especially related to pets. A tip, clearly communicate with staff about check-in details to avoid confusion!

We had a lovely time at Longsdale House Luxury Apartments during our two-night stay. The apartment was spotless, with beautiful furnishings and a cozy yet spacious living area perfect for family bonding. Amenities like complimentary toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen made our stay very comfortable. The walled garden out back was a nice touch. we could imagine it being great to relax in during warmer weather. The location was fantastic, close to local bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. we faced a couple of issues. The communication from management was lacking. We didn't receive access information until late at night, which caused a bit of confusion upon arrival. The internal stair design in our apartment also posed challenges. we had to carry our disabled dog up and down, which was inconvenient. the kitchen lacked some essentials like a chopping board and adequate tools, making cooking a hassle. The temperature difference between the rooms was quite noticeable, with the lounge being hot and the bedroom too cool. Despite these hiccups, I would definitely recommend this place for its charm and comfort. You might just want to double-check the details beforehand!
